So I have the book and water. Is there another artifact worth obtaining for a cleric or just wait for Tiamat?

    If you PVP, get the raven skull and an Oghma's.

    PvE. I am thinking just wait for Tiamat. Lantern just isn't a driver for me.

    Lantern is one of the best, but in my opinion, check out the Rod of Imperial restraint.
