Guild Banks Needs Fixed Or Refunds Given

our guild like i am sure many other guilds have bought bank slots for guild with ads
the problem lies with people not being able to use add stuff to it or take stuff from it
this is a known bug on pc as well as xbox and apart contacting support they ask to post here
if you can not resolve this issue we like many other guilds would like a refund
this game has many problems but this is a massive one that needs fixed asap

    I totally agree with this, my Guild is almost 150 strong with 7 Vaults open. Hardly anyone can use them and it is extremely frustrating. My guild is Guardians of the Whispering Eye.
