my black ice profession (white gauntlet) has went poof

i was checking on my black ice profession and noticed my white gauntlet needed to do anything with this profession has vanished! I wouldnt have sold it or destroyed it, its just gone. I tried to make a ticket but it states they only replace items bought from the zen market.My only alternative is to spend 400k for a green gauntlet, can any GM's please help me?
