black ice (white gauntlet) for black ice crafting gone from inventory

I was checking on my blackice profession and i cant craft anything because some how the regualar white gauntlet went poof? I tried to make a ticket in game but it says they only replace items bought in zen market?? My only alternative is to spend 400k for a green gauntlet? can any GM's please help me?

I didnt ask them i just saw what it said on the ticket that they only replace items bought with zen and the gauntlets are bound
