Thorned Roots/Elven Battle multiproc bug

After latest patch NW.45.20150515a.10, Elvan battle enchantment has been reworked/fixed as it actually reducing the time you are CCed, nice work.
But sadly, now, another problem has been created. For some reason HR`s Thorned Roots which is supposed to tick around 6 times or less if the target has a large amount of cc resist, ticks now for 32x times on a player which uses elven battle. Usually Thorned Roots doesn`t tick 32x time because you`ll die before Thorned Roots finishes ticking.
I deflected the first intial hit of Thorned Roots so I could survive all its duration.
I tested this while not having Trascendent Elven Battle slotted and while having it slotted. Here you can watch for yourself.

This only happens when the target is using Elven Battle, so you can avoid it by using another armor enchantment.

There's nothing to comment by players, the op says it all. I'm an HR and I want this to be fixed. It used to be quite effective in dealing with HR's roots sometime at the start of mod 6, but now it's plain suicide. Throne roots can still keep ticking if you're running away even if you take your armor off.

Yep, here is the act on the damage I took from it. 55% of all the damage I took during a 30 min match was from thorned roots. I'm using T. Elven Battle.
