I'm surprised such a benign name has a problem. Personally, I'd wait before changing the name. See how long they'll let you run around as TOS Violation... Seems like a unique name to me!

I'm just starting today, having come from DCU Online. The support roles there have become nothing but 1 or 2 functions to support the damage players who don't dodge or block, but simply rely upon support players to keep them powers and alive. Then they yell at support players if they run out of power or die. Not much fun.…
