Summoners are already locked out of endgame, but this is disastrous for them even on non-endgame team content. It was probably set to 10 originally specifically because a summoner could then buff the team with it. Please reconsider.
Regarding sparkstorm on melee characters - This power is strange in the sense it is a melee power that is identified as a ranged apparently for synergy with its set. Can cryptic do anything about powers identified 'incorrectly' this way to work for both?

There are many factors but including high mods in the cosmic drops definitely contributed. The drop started then. Apparently the devs nerfed the cosmic drops FINALLY and now mods resemble the prices from before the cosmics. I personally went from a frequent box opener to virtually never after that.

Suggestion: I would say that the best way to fix Ebon Rift is NOT increasing offense. This would be a small buff to those who use it for offense in the advantage, but a large buff to those who would like a viable control.
These are great with a number of encouraging concepts, especially the heal. HOWEVER: Please check out a way to improve Ebon Rift, and give it challenging strikes.
As one who has a large set of transport devices, this can be a big cost in power. Could we please have 2 - 3 extra slots dedicated exclusively to the travel and cosmetic category? This can be a huge punishment for those who carry such non-combat abilities.
