• I'm having the same problem as well. When I did a search on google, seems they had this issue back in 2009. Seems to have to do with data not being sent correctly. Whenever they go to fix something on a patch, it messes up something else. Best thing to do is contact support, if you can.

• Im having issues getting past the launcher screen. The system would go into the Trying to update the Launcher. Please be patient screen. Would attempt to connect maybe 4 to 5 times, then nothing. It gives up. This has been happening multiple times........To quote someone famous, Wassapwitdat!
