• Yes. Each doll is a rare spawn that always drops it's despective doll as an item when you kill it, and when you get all you get to finish the quest.

• I really like this build, but the character I was planning to use it with is more of a cybermage than a gadgeteer, and him holding a gun just looks wrong. So I was thinking of replacing the offensive powers of the build with electricity. Would that be plausible, and how would you recommend going about it?
