How would this build fare in PVP? Would Force Blast make a better choice, if I slot it for the eyes?

He will not be a exact clone much like Sentry is to Superman. The clone build is a starting point for my Superman/ Captain America Homage!

I am having trouble getting into Champions Online. I am able to log in, select my character, and I stay on the Millennium City loading screen. My loading bar gets to about 95% and stays there. I haven't changed my router or PC at all. Any help would be great.
