Unable to connect to server! Please help!

I am having trouble getting into Champions Online. I am able to log in, select my character, and I stay on the Millennium City loading screen. My loading bar gets to about 95% and stays there. Then I get a red message saying "Server Not Responding" and a timer starts. I haven't changed my router or PC at all. Any help would be great.
Update: I disabled my virus protection, connected directly to my modem, and still nothing. Then I tried to create a new character and I went straight into the tutorial. I logged out and tried to log in with one of my older toons and couldn't do it. Then I went back to the newly created toon and tried to log in but I couldn't do that either. I am getting really frustrated with this situation.
