Actually devs were laid off at 31st august and currently Paragon Studios closed down. Devs were removed from building as well they are currently logging on to CoH (if they are doing it at all) with their own means and they don't have any mean to make an event except a few "throw X type of MOB in Y quantity into a zone"…
