• That happened to me. I'm speaking with perfect world, because I can't log in my Cryptic account even in the Cryptic web, it doesn't recognize my user name, which is funny, because when I ask them to email me my username, the one they give me is the one I use, but I can't login.

• Same problem here, I linked my accounts, now I have lost my characters, my extra characters slots, and my jet boots travel power. I have been like this for months and the customer service don't want to fix it.
