There was a different Questionite event that was enabled (new guy on the servers) Double Questionite instead of doing bonus Questionite drops from enemies. Our bad. It actually worked out better for the players, as Double Q usually only runs as a weekend event and you had it for a full week.
The pistols/sword choice should be working now. If it isn't, then please report it on the appropriate bug report forum. 2GM is now in-line with other similar progression choices. There are other threads discussing this in detail.
Eventually. Regular powers tend to be easier to address than Ultimate Powers, as the construction of the latter are usually quite complicated. Once we smooth out the baseline powers, we can work out the rest.
We typically make power revisions as the situations merit. If we're putting out a new archetype or updating an old one, we look at the associated powers and see if they need a refresh. We got the posters printed, shipped to the original artist to sign, and recently got them back. We've shipped out the final signed posters to about a half-dozen of the winners…
We talked about using Nemeses as Onslaught Villain. The trick is that there are a lot of Nemesis types, and would take a while to convert them all, as well as a few technical hurdles. Better to establish a good baseline with a few villains first.
