Bug: Ice Barrier still costs your entire energy bar. I assume with the wording of the patch notes that Ice Barrier is not supposed to cost any energy at all right?

Yeah, I am definitely echoing with some people that posted before. There shouldn't be any device that should do the insane amount of dps, even if it has an ungodly long cooldown. There shouldn't be a device that works as "woops!! this boss is too hard, time to use my I win button!" or "Hey this OM only gives good rewards…

For one I am completely fine with the nerf to the backup devices, maybe a buff to 25 second duration would be cool, but besides that I was aware that they were becoming pretty much a requirement if you wanted to top dps on world bosses.

Ugh I hope its not the case though its possible. The sucky thing is that my IP changes on a daily basis, so this could happen again if this is the case. And yup... I am aware of the seedy activities, though Internet I am quite sure its not one of the biggest.... I am quite sure that's more of an issue in Russia and Germany

I am LTS and I am not getting all the veteran rewards unlocked on the PTS I still have 300 days to go for the 1000 days rewards, and they are def not getting unlocked

Just did a quick testing on my LR tank character and everything seems alright actually. Definitely she doesn't feel as tanky as she used to be, but she's more in line with my other tanks (invuln, defiance, regen) when it comes to damage mitigation. I sort of chime in with some of the things in here, and some others don't. Here comes my personal feedback about this patch. I am all up for offense being an actual useful stat. At the moment stacking offense is not that great unless you are doing the Vindicator/Warden synergy to buff up defense, overall its a really lame…

Hmmm never had this trouble myself... and I've ended up TWICE in a situation where I end up doing a duo of him.... which its like 20 mins or more fight of stepping in and out of those tiles.

The problem with the PTS its that usually min-max builds test out the content.... and sadly thats not representative of the PUGs you have to deal on live =( Personally I am frustrated with this alert... I always end up killing this guy with just another guy, and the other 3 just sit down locked out after they died....…

You must finish all the SOCRATES missions once (with the character you want to get the mission) in order to get the daily quest for the alert.
