• I know there was atleast one more person who had this problem, a sum 180 dollars worth of Zen. This may be one reason why the "Cannot Authenticate" thing is showing up.

• I am as well. And to add onto that, I've been receving emails that say I've been charging Zen to my credit card. Which I did -not- do.
