I will be honest, i have not read the last 7 pages of suggestions, so i hope this hasn't been said yet. I think the name should be "High Spirits". This is both a good pun on drinks served at an enormous altitude and at the same time an uplifting goal for everyone in troubled times.

"Science teaches us to expect -- demand -- more than just eerie mysteries. What use is a puzzle that can't be solved? Patience is fine, but I'm not going to stop asking the universe to make sense!"
Ideally it would be cool to have the new bar named after one of the sci-fi greats like:
Arthur C's
Heinlein's Haunt
or Asimov's place
Asimov or Clarke would be the best choices in my opinion as Asimov wrote a lot about robots, invented the robot code, and supposedly had a secret room where he wrote all his science fiction. Clarke happened to invent satellite communication and the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey (which he wrote) also features space tourism.
...Asimov... had a secret room where he wrote all his science fiction.
Well, an attic office - not sure how "secret" that would be, but Janet apparently had strict instructions not to enter between 8am and 5pm (Isaac's writing hours) unless the house was on fire and endangering his escape.
It was, of course, also where he wrote his mysteries, his nonfiction, his annotated works, and all the other genres he worked in. (When you write and/or edit over 500 books, you can't limit yourself to a single genre, you know.)
Come to think of it, since Isaac did write in an attic space, "Asimov's" would be highly appropriate.

He has a book in almost every category under the Dewey Decimal System (not quiet all as has been reported) but he's ever going to be remembered as a Sci-Fi author and so his secret lair is where I say he wrote his sci-fi. I also say secret because in his lifetime I don't think he ever opened it to the public.
I like Asimov because it fits well with the current robot theme, but this hub is going to be used for other missions in the future so Arthur C. Clarke would also be a great nod.
here's a little suggestion, have the bartender at the bar sell a few (not all) of the drinks from the VIP lounge, ya know...to give them a little more...well, bartender like atrubtues.
In all things, a calm heart must prevail.

Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

For a good nod to Clarke, how about:
The White Hart
"Science teaches us to expect -- demand -- more than just eerie mysteries. What use is a puzzle that can't be solved? Patience is fine, but I'm not going to stop asking the universe to make sense!"
How about 9.8 G? Without that level of G our heroes will be floating.
Nine point eight gravities?? Most of the toons, even with superhuman strength, won't be able to walk under that, much less dance.
(Recall that 1g is Earth-normal gravity; if Jupiter had a surface, it would be somewhere around 4g.)

I've seen several interesting ideas here, but most of them fall into the bad pun or allegorical standpoint. I think if we have a bar in space, we need something simple, but to the point. What about simply calling it "Floaters"?
QWERTY (cause its a Space Bar)
Lister's (Red Dwarf)
The Ivory Stag (The White Hart, Arthur C. Clarke)
Slim Pickens (Dr. Strangelove: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snTaSJk0n_Y)
For that last one, I'd be neat to see a missile set up with a saddle like a mechanical bull in this place.
