It's pretty harmless at the moment, just wait until Ironman 3...
Though to be honest, I'd rather look at a well made clone than some of the eyesores you get to see... a well made clone took at least some more effort than simply hitting the random buttom or just using the default costume for an AT (if you're using one).

Because Cryptic gives them a simple slap on the wrist if you make a clone, that's why.
