Correct, device was fixed along with some horrendously overperforming energy devices that people are salty got fixed as though energy management wasn't already easy mode in this game.
I'll be honest, I did take down some players, both accidental and intentional (the intentionals were clone characters, since reporting a clone doesn't get anything done) but for the most part I went on NPC hunts to see who could be taken down.

Probably not, as you can see in the picture, no one was around.
Defender was not a likely target if you were in front of him. Why? Because his AoPP protected him from being affected by targetting and attacks. AoPP = Aura of Persistant Penetration
The only way you could have been attacked is if, as Cyrone said you were a clone, or you didnt listen to the persistant warnings we gave out before hitting an NPC...

One was just a complete griefer picnic involving specific stats, a device and two people PVPing. But when the right griefer (he who shall not be named) attacked the wrong person (me) and got busted, they also got busted spamming the team energy surge.
The other was using manipulator and the device to confuse NPCs and force them to attack players. Fortunately this wasn't even reported but happened to get fixed with the device change.
So both devices were fixed the next week.

Once saw a hero in the tutorial equally as random looking (didn't know you could get limbs that thin). I felt I had to check to see if there was a bio. It read simply, "I'm drunk. LOL"

So I was in the Millennium City courtroom for REASONS and I thought I'd sit up at the bench for more REASONS. I got to looking around and saw this.
If anyone happens to find themselves in front of the judge in Millennium City for REASONS, don't be found in contempt.
I would imagine that's for the judge's personal defense, in case a superpowered criminal overcomes the power dampers or someone smuggles in a weapon and so forth, etc.

Looks like an ordinary rifle to me. Not sure how useful something like that would be against a super-powered criminal? Perhaps it fires Questionite rounds. :cool:

The shotguns used by the mooks in the Warlord and GRAB alerts frequently send powerful heroes flying all over the place. Shotguns seem to be the firearm of choice for normal people wanting to stop absurdly powerful individuals.
So's using the hookshot on the breasts of the statue in the Spirit Temple, do you don't see Link stopping doing that...
Fun fact: it appears that's a deliberate moment of the devs getting crap past the radar - you can only hookshot that specific area of the statue's body, and only while looking right at them.
