12 PST has already past.. type USA time or Canada time and last time i check it was 12:20..
There are four time zones in the continental US. Cryptic's located in northern California, on the West Coast, and thus in the Pacific time zone (currently GMT-8, due to daylight savings - I can never remember if that means it's on or off, but the other part of daylight savings is GMT-7).

Well, if you're on Vista or Win7 or Win8, it's fairly easy to track.
Click on the clock in your system tray.
Click Change Time and Date Settings.
Click on the Additional Clocks Tab.
Rename it "Pacific Time" or "Cryptic Time" or some such.
On the first clock click "Show this Clock"
Select "(UTC-8) Pacific Time (US & Canada)"
OK your way back out.
Now, when you mouse-over your clock, it'll show you your local time and Pacific Time.

At level 25 go to the police station north of city hall in MC. Talk to the NPC there.
Edit: LOL, so many responses. Who says this community isn't helpful? That's right, no one says that.

I think yours looks much better.

@Holopainen77
Personally I use multiple desktop clock widgets for different timezones, specifically for EST and UTC.
