Not good then. Melee is bad enough when one tries to keep up with all the kiters but sneaking next to a Boss and setting up a Shadow Strike? Yeah suuuure...
I would prob get the special adv on Ricochet Throw, assuming you're AoEing with it. Moving the heal adv to Mini Mines can also be nice (the heal triggers on activation, not when they're tripped) instead of using Evasive for it (you don't really need Evasive then either, freeing u a power slot).
I would also prob switch to Ego PSS, since you already have NW for defense penetration (and Int PSS is quite weaker w/ DVuln). You could also take Killer Instinct for the EU (scales w/ Rec, which you can talent for), if you want extra energy for using the Muni powers. You could maybe also take something like R3 Assault Rifle for long-range single-target dps if you keep taking dmg to not be able to use the Sniper Rifle.
For specs, I'd prob get Focused Strikes in Vindicator for Sniper Rifle (and Ricochet Throw), and could consider Guardian (or Warden w/ Elusive) instead of Avenger (you took Offensive Expertise w/o having an Active Offense anyways).

It's actually fairly easy. People with NW builds are likely to use SS every time it comes off cooldown.
It doesn't require twitch reflexes, it's just 'enter stealth by some means; start shadow strike before kicked out of stealth'. It's a bit tedious, but you don't need to actually react to anything.
Sure. May try to free up points for ranking Conviction, or getting an Active Defense, but it'll work as is. You can still use a threat wipe's stealth if you want to regain Ricochet Throw's AoE boost in combat (provided the stealth isn't broken early), but up to you if that's worth it for AoE or not. You also won't be able to use the grenades when playing long range, but I suppose they're fine to keep for when dpsing closer up (if you wanted to apply Armor Piercing from long range then you'd have to use Gatling Gun).
Is it feasible/doable?
I am not really a fan of the Melee one because everybody and his grandmommy seems to look through it.
NW is a good passive when none of the others fit your desired powers in a theme build. I use it on my "fire"/ice/lightning/earth sorceress because nothing else benefits all 4 of those. The stealth is also a nice bonus for solo stuff. Regarding Shadow Strike, you can generally ignore it on boss fights unless care about minmaxing your damage.
(Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).
Not true night warrior is amazing with ranged dps. And since u can sneak around..yes i have used shadowstrike and hit for 18k
Using shadow strike with ranged builds sort of misses the point of being ranged. I do it occasionally on my ranged night warrior character, but far less than with my melee night warrior.
It's A free power u get and there are occasions on my ranged poison dps in use shadow strike alot for very decent damage. U won't always be at ranged on a ranged toon. The sneak comes in handy so often and it's free shadow strike attack. In Also do more damage with me then I did with the shadow form,,at ranged . To include faster recharge time on my main charge dps attack and the additional free penetration I recieve.
