This is The Peacock. Yes, 'The' must always be capitalized. He is foppish, vain, and overly dramatic, which makes it even more surprising that he somehow manages to sneak up on villains before anyone even knows he's there. He's a bit of a Casanova, and can often be found flirting with attractive female supervillains, superheroes, and civilians he meets in his line of work. A large ham.
And this is The Peahen. Shirt-wearing, quiet, sneaky, and much more down to earth than her male counterpart. She's an ascended fangirl and despite The Peacock's constant complaints that she is upstaging him, refuses to wear duller colors like the animal of the same name.

Ellie B.O.T., one of the only two known androids in the B.O.T line up to have gained freewill. Having the personality and appearance of a 18 year old, Ellie views herself as a younger sister to Bunni. She was created and lived in Japan, until the untimely death of her owner granted her free will. She searched for Bunni in Millennium City to learn all about her situation and decided to stick around and learn the inner workings of being a top mercenary along side her sister.
A few years later, Bunni meets and becomes involved with Aeryn, a mercenary with a little known past, but has gained both Bunni's and Ellie's trust. As Bunni grew closer to Aeryn, Ellie befriended him as well. His interest in all things Japanese in culture and her having lived there forged a tight bond between the two. This resulted in the two teaming up for missions, both on the books and off. Their similar appearances often have them being mistaken for brother and sister, but that doesn't bother either of them as they act like it anyways as their friendship grows.

Copper Hawk
Copper Hawk initially started out as a hero influenced by the late Detroit hero, Screamin' Eagle - so much so that she studied how to create mechanical power armor for most of her education career, and eventually managed to design her famed Hawk Armor. Copper Hawk then used her own armor to fly over to Millennium City to rendezvous with Eagle, only to be shot down out of the sky by the xenophobic Screamin' Eagle. They later settled their differences in a Millennium City court, and became allies. After learning of her devotion, Screamin' Eagle gladly took Copper Hawk in.
Eagle was very old, however, and soon passed away, leaving Copper Hawk as a well-established solo hero. Seems history would repeat again, as a young Detroit prodigy managed to reverse-engineer Copper Hawk's armor, and, proving his usefulness, became Copper Hawk's sidekick:

Together, the duo became known as... the BRONZE BIRDSor something idunno lol
It's "soon" as in 'when I get some cosmic keys' soon. I have already got my winners but I'm not gonna announce them until I get the prizes sorted out...in a few days tops.

I learned while doing this that there are a lot of Gender Specific pieces that should not be Gender Specific. Example, Males can use the "Hairy Hands" short glove option, but Females can't. Had to use the Fur Monstrous Hands.
I'd hate to come across as impatient or anything, but will the winners ever be announced? It was such a fun contest.

Great costumes all! I wish I'd been paying attention to the forums the last few weeks or I might've joined in.
As it is, you did inspire me to revisit a concept I'd tinkered with back in COH.
Cyberman 8
1963 -- Murdered by criminals, New York Detective Peter Brady's body was retrieved be Professor Tani and taken to his laboratory. There, Tani performed an experiment that had failed 7 times in the past. This time, the experiment was successful! Brady was reborn as the superpowered android Cyberman 8, able to dash at incredible speeds and hit with the force of a sonic boom! Brady dedicated himself anew to fighting injustice With his new-found abilities. Successful for many years, Cyberman 8 mysteriously vanished in the early 70s.
2009 - After the Champions rousted the Ultimates out of an underground complex, they found the remains of Cyberman 8 in partially collapsed ruins on a deeper level that the Ultimates had not used (apparently the Ultimates were not the first villains to use these tunnels). Taken to Harmon Industries in Millenium City, he was repaired and upgraded with new technology to renew his fight against crime!
Cyberman 8 comes across very much like a "normal Joe". He steadfastly got over most of the existential angst over his artificial body years ago and came to terms with it. After an adventure to a mystical realm that proved to him that he still had a human soul, he firmly decided that, although his body and brain were constructed, he himself was still, in any sense that mattered, still human.
He is quietly fascinated with the way the world has changed since he last saw it. (Personal computers are something completely new to him, ironically!)
For an android with a positronic brain, he sometimes comes across as a very old-fashioned kind of guy. Almost chivalrous in the classic sense to women, at least by modern standards.
Only one thing brings him into a melancholy state - the fact that most of the people he knew and worked with in his old life are now old or passed away. He used to depend on Professor Tani for support and technical advice, but he was an old man even back in the 1960s, and is long passed away now.
Sirene Sieben
1963 - The Seventh attempt by Dr. Tani at imbuing a positronic brain with the spark of a human soul. Number 7 seemed to be a failure, showing no signs of any life after the attempted transfer. Dr. Tani set Number 7 aside in the vault for future study. But as it turned out, he never needed to. As the next attempt, number 8, was a full-fledged success. He was never quite sure why 8 succeeded while 7 was a failure. It seemed that some souls just couldn't handle the transfer. (At least one of his previous failures HAD woken up, but had gone insane...)
As it turned out, 7 had transferred successfully. But it had taken her decades to wake up. She made her way out of the long abandoned lab not understanding what had happened to her. But on reaching street level, she was caught up in the Qulaar invasion and found that her abilities could help repel it.
She's trying her best to make sense of things. And at least one of the heroes has told her she looks almost as if she's the "sister" to another hero - Cyberman 8...
As you might be able to tell, I don't have her concept fully fleshed out yet. I'm debating as to whether she has full memories of her life before or not. Slightly "corrupted" memory patterns? In any case - I decided one part of her origin would inform her name - she's of German origin in her original nationality. "Sirene Sieben" is (as far as Google Translater tells me) is German for "Siren Seven".
I actually created her in-game and decided to see if I might try for a similar but different build for her fighting style. So far it's working out. She's still going to be a speedster like C8, but I'm trying for a bit of a different "flavor" to it.
