According to the rules on the forum at the time I implemented the signature, no it is NOT. Neither by dimension, nor size.
If it has changed since then, it's up to the people in charge of the forums to notify me that there's been a change. If I'm notified by the forum owners/runners that I need to modify my signature image, I will comply.
Until then I would politely suggest you cease attempts to play forum cop.

this is why i hate alcohol it brings NOTHING good out of anyone, and I have zero tolerance for drunk drivers as well. i think that Canada and the US should seriously beef up DUI rules to zero tolerance, and remove the "legal" limit. there are way too many people that die every year by getting hit by drunk morons that don't have a shred of common sense.
and change the program so that if someone so much as nicks another person in a car or truck when drunk they should get charged with attempted murder and serve some serious jail time and not be able to get a drivers license again for 5 or 6 years, and in order to get their license back they have to take the WHOLE test again.
Both written and practical since they didn't learn their lesson the first time.
