Nephts accident.

Saturday night while coming back from walking her pugs in the park Kei was hit by a drunk driver. Shes in hospital with several broken limbs and a punctured lung. The docs say she will be OK but they are keeping sedated at the moment. The driver has been arrested and her dogs where not harmed in the accident.

    That's awful...at least it sounds like she's in stable condition. Looking forward to seeing her post again to let us know how she's doing.

    I have zero sympathy towards DUI and I don't shed a tear for drunk drivers who get killed in the process for being totally irresponsible while endangering other people's lives. I hope the driver gets their license permanently revoked and get some good jail time too.

    A punctured lung is extremely uncomfortable. I hope her recovery is speedy and as pain-free as possible.

    And I hope the drunk driver get his end. I drink, and I've walked 4 miles from a bar to avoid a DUI. The vehicle doesn't even register as an option after I drink.

    yea, my older bro has had spontaneous pneumothorax twice now- ruptured lungs can def be a scary and painful thing to endure (he's given up smoking cause of it- thank f-ing God).

    Here's really hoping and praying for Nepht. I hope she recovers soon and will be back on her feet and better, and hoping justice gets served to a person that should have known better.

    That -so- <bleep>s...at least she made it through.

    1) Hope she gets better soon, best wishes, et and cetera.

    2) Hope that idiot gets caught by MADD or one of the other serious "Drunk Drivers Should DIAF" groups, and not just slapped on the wrist and let back behind the wheel.

    (and yes, I -loath- drunk drivers)

    Man, this sucks. I pray Nepth gets well soon and has a speedy recovery.

    I don't understand why people who are inebriated get behind the wheel. It only puts a major risk to losing their lives and the lives of others. :(

    Don't worry about me guys it takes more than an out his face metrosexual emo prat in a smart car to kill me. I'm up in bed watching cat videos on my tablet while a cute male nurse fluffs my pillow for me. The joys of private health care :3

    For those more ghoulish and want to know my injuries : A broken arm, 2 broken legs one being a compound fracture , a punctured lung.... but the worst injury is the Zelda 3DS that was in my bag at the time is shattered into tiny bits U_U"

    One silver lining if Mike grows an afro I can pretend I'm Ironside while he pushes me about in my wheelchair for the next few months.

    That made me laugh , don't make me laugh its painful at the moment , though on the plus side I have a wheeze like Darth Vader. Thankfully my wonderful face is fine just one tiny cut on my nose.

    I might not be in game for a little while so its more time for me to troll the forum and watch that Game of Thrones box set I have never gotten round to watch.

    Glad to hear from you, Nepht. I can sympathise with the loss of the 3DS. I looooooove my Zelda 3DS. Almost lost it one time, but the cleaning staff on the bus I left it on were awesome and I was able to pick it at the bus company.

    Good news is his Smart Car is a right off I hear , that means one of two things either I'm from Krypton or Smart cars are made from Bacofoil.

    What I remember of the crash after I flew over his roof and landed with all the grace of a brick in a gravity well was his car and face making contact with a kindly nearby concrete building that was just happening to pass by.
