Ideas for better End-game and PVP!

I know this thread is not the first one but here are my suggestions for end-game:
~ I have played DCUO for quite some time and you don`t have time to waste when you reach the lvl cap there. And that is what I would want in CO. No, not crazy grinding like there but I would like some end-game gear tiers like there, something like Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 and some new missions where you can gain new Recognition/Tokens with you can buy your gear! Also some new only lvl 40 alerts where those Recognition/Tokens it can drop!
~ Also I have noticed that UNITY mission gives large ammount of XP! HUH?!? Why the game gives me XP when I`m already lvl 40??? Where is the point in that? End-game missions should give you more Gs (something like 3-5 G) per mission so people should be stimulate to do such missions instead of giving useless XP!
~ And now the PVP! Well some say that PVP alerts should be add at ON Alert system! I don`t agree with that because there are already too many missions there (3 normal alerts+Gravi alert+ Custom one)! What I suggest here to revamp the PVP window and that window should be allocate by default to a key (like Y). In the new PVP window alerts should be like big boxes (like the ones from Calendar from J) instead of just listing them 1 by 1!
~ New PVP alert instances and why not locations! Locations like the Desert one in Bloodmoon! We want more like that!!! Ideas for new alert instances (not only the Westside like the B.A.S.H. one): City Center, Monster Island, Canada and last Lemuria! A fight between 5-10 people fighting underwater would be awsome!
~ Now I`m also referring to D.C.U.O.! What I liked verry much there was, surprising or not, the PVP alerts! There when you were queing for a PVP alert you could choose to be a villan or hero (well there the who you could be were different because you were forced to buy a specific hero to be that hero but the good news is that you could have by default a hero or villan for PVP) in that PVP alert! What it would be awsome for CO! It would be verry nice if some new PVP alerts would be added, where you could play as CO heroes or CO villans like: Defender, Witchcraft, Kevin Poe, Ironclad and much more! If PW/Cryptic could do this for CO, PVP WOULD BE BACK IN BUSINESS! People would queue like crazy just to be the favourite hero or Villan in PVP!
Or it could be PVP alerts where you can play as a New Shadow member vs Vampire Hunters or Dogz vs New Shadows or as a Purple Gang member vs Argent!
Here are my ideeas and if you guys don`t like them or if you bring more ideas for end-game or PVP please comment!
