There hasn't been any official word about compensation since Trailturtle mentioned that there would be some, and it was still being discussed internally. It's become a bit of a hot button for some players, so could you (or Trailturtle if he's more accessible) elaborate on this?

The very least that could be done is to send a mass apology email to players who have unfortunately been affected by this screw up while compensating them in the form of unpaid ZEN or / and a free sub month for those unable to enjoy the entirety of their subscription during the month that they were affected.
