The new Telepathy powers - a major dissapointment for ATs

Why is a dissapointment? Because ATs like my Mind can`t even try the new powers! I think I was way too naive to think that they would add something different to the Telepathy ATs!
I really hate that only FFs get`s all the good stuff and ATs get NOTHING!
And what I`m supposed to do now? To become Gold just to try out the new powers because PW/Cryptic doesn`t want to add anything at Telepathy ATs????

    To be fair... You can get a freeform slot for free. You just gotta grind Q like crazy.

    and I think Mind AT is good the way it is.

    Maybe they don't want to add anything to telepathy AT's because they are trollers. :biggrin: Aheauheauhue.

    So far they went from awesome to major disappointment to everyone all on their own.. not just ATs

    Yes, it is often disappointing when a F2P game adds new things for payment only.

    Again I will reiterate...

    Mind AT and the New Telepathy Powers have totally different play styles (although this fact MAY change). So "Revamping" The Mind AT would mean redoing it, and from past experience of playing a MIND AT (Yes I was a silver player since F2P launched) as my first toon, it was difficult but if you know what you are doing you can be effective.

    Nine Months ago when these powers were first released I was still a Silver AT player and I was hoping Mind AT would get a revamp too, but for a revamp what exactly are people wanting? I personally wanted Ego Hold to get the hell out of Mind AT as well as TK Block and AoRP (Aura of Radiant Protection).

    However, AoRP is a FANTASTIC Passive, as long as you play right, i.e. focusing on your super stats, which in turn strengthens AoRP which in turn makes you more survivable.

    I was hoping for a New AT (The Psyche AT) to grace CO alongside a PSI themed event with the release of the new powers.

    However, with the apparent shift in development (new story arc coming soon etc), it seems as if there will perhaps at the very most be a new type of lock box with stuff in it to accompany this update.

    At the very least...The New powers hit LIVE alongside Mind Slayer, Psimon, Medusa (yuck) and perhaps Menton along with PSI being promoted around for a while.

    Whilst I would love to see a New Premium AT, I doubt that it will happen. The Dev team have not specified a release date for these powers so far, so before asking for an AT perhaps focus should be on making these powers good.

    Until Telepathy is sorted out and finalized...I am sure if there is time we can coerce the devs into making an AT out of it.

    Thank you guys for sharing my oppinion (at least on this thread)! XD

    Palih, I think I would spend those 5k of Zen on something different like bank slots, costume packs, TPs or even new char slots rather than spending on a single (FF) char slot! But thank you for your advice! :3

    Well... games nowdays are just a business like any other but once in a while I think you can do something for F2P guys (like meh, for example), at least once every 1 year (or 1 every 6 month).
    Every company wants profit so, maybe, sometimes is normal that, they should be greedy!
