Hello I am shev I have Problem Help plz

I quited from CO for long time.I decided to back and be gold.I tryed just today maybe 2 hour buy zen or pay for be gold.I dont recive any actiivation codes and when i ticket only my tickets come my mail.I linked my account before now my new mail cant do anyting.I cant pay=I cant chance my mail.......
Now why PW customers doint someting idiot like thiis?I have money i wana pay but i cant?They dont rep my tickets too.I waited for my last ticket 6 day.Now 1 week.
I wana enter bash but best thing ı have is AT toys and its not funny aganist FF toys.
PW forcing me quit forever.Zzz I am too angry.Someone can kick this peoples **** for me plz.
Its my friends account for post forum my original account banned becous eof my bad language.(only for forum)

soo they know my mail but why i cant pay or chance my mail??
Your return is the most entertaining thing to happen to CO in 6 months.
I checked my all mails.My old mails and my new ones all mails ı used for last 10 year.
My english suck but i am good with pc.Pw dont let me chance my mail or buy someting.
Only thing i can enter ern free zen and its trap for pay with my phone.I have credit card .I have money.I wana spend for game.well i cant do it.My toys in game AT.I can open new account and can lvl and can be gold.I dont want it.I have manything in my account i loved my nicks my hideouts and my costumes.I gatt all in 3 year.Now someone with good english plz help me.PW customers dont do anyting about it.I wil wait for 2 week after if i cant buy zen or be gold with my credit card ı wil dlete my all toys with everyting and i wil quit from CO forever.
when i did this i wil call my lawyer for ........ PW customers.

When PW took over, all stored ban data was deleted. Basically, everyone who got banned before this could come back without problems.

Ok, about your problem - it seems a lot of folks are having trouble with this one time code thing, and usually it gets resolved by billing under customer support. Hopefully someone who has gone through it will be able to help with more information.

It (Shev) is trying to subscribe to CO, PW/Cryptic isn't accepting the payment method and support isn't being helpful.

I think whats happening is he's trying to log in with his cryptic user name and account, but has been gone for 6 months so hasn't had the chance to link them. If I could just find that account linking guide Trailturtle posted....

It already linked its' Cryptic account to its' Perfect World account, and it is trying to pay with a credit card.

CS might be on a break due to new year that might be the reason the tickets are taking ages. I am having a similar problem I have bought some zen and it hasnt showed up yet so I am sharing your rage somewhat.

...are you sure you're still banned? Old bans were removed when the forums changed. I'm not sure but I think you used to post on the old forums. These are new PW forums and everyone had their infractions removed. We've had people that used to be banned post since then.
If you were banned from the current forums ignore this, but if you were banned from the old ones you may be able to post on these ones.
EDIT: Also, some bans are temporary. Even if you were banned before its possible the ban might be over (unless you were banned multiple times, or for something realy bad like real life threats, then it could be permanent).
Perhaps the Mayans were off a year :biggrin:

S/he's not receiving this e-mailed code required for registration of her/his computer.
This is known issue.
Sadly, only thing that can be done with it is to send tickets to the customer support regarding billing issues.
Now, that's where is another problem.
Her/his tickets may be written in a way that makes them incomprehensible for customer support.
Shev, you could try with asking Trailturtle for help via forum PM. He's a really helpful man.
On the other hand... Given your posting history, your PM may be either offensive, or incomprehensible.
I always thought that Turkey is roughly part in the Southeastern Europe and part in the Asia Minor. Not exactly the center of Europe.
But it's hardly a banned region.
I am not 100% sure it is account guard because Shev can get ingame. There was a wild Shev sighted in the club last night. From what I read it was buying zen that she cant do.
Hopefully when TT comes back he might know more about the PWE website issues.

This is why I'm thinking s/he has an account guard issue (amongst many others, lol).
Player may be asked for entering code twice - first time is when logging into game, but second one is when selecting payment method - not for Zen, but for LTS and subscriptions - it's a different site than this one for purchasing zen.
Both game client and CO billing site are asking for an e-mailed code.
And CO billing site do have problems with e-mailing this code.
Zen are purchased via PW site.

Agreed, but we kinda told shev to contact billing, and how. Not really sure what all else we can do without an update (and some patience). Also, I'd previously mentioned how account guard is lame, and how we didn't have security or identity issues until PWI showed up to "help."

While I haven't seen any real benefit to account guard, I don't get phished easily. For the people who would and are supposedly meant to be protected, they're generally more likely to have issues remembering the email or some other issue just getting it account guard to work anyway.
As I sometimes do, from time to time :B

- she's stalked by secret society of grefiers, following her in CO from other games
- she's a victim of crime hate, because of not being native english speaker, thus chat banned
- she was threatening Cryptic with calling lawyer because of it
- and then, with calling FBI
- also, GM's in CO are in conspiracy with said secret society of griefers
- she's also stalked by lesbian psychopaths, hitting on her toons
- and she will be hacking CO serwers and other players computers in revenge for everything
- with her l33t photoshop skills!
- and she will uninstall CO from all 120 computers owned by her parents (though apparently this one is at least partially believable if her parents indeed are internet cafe owners)
In short - she's glorious.
