I don't really understand your response, so I'll just clarify what I was getting at.
The tool tip shows that the old item provided +72 dexterity (it didn't). It also shows that switching to the new item will provide a net change of +14 to dexterity (it will). Finally it shows that the new item provides +77 dexterity (it does). So, the tool tip appears to suggest that 72 + 14 = 77, which my calculator assures me isn't true.
I know why it's happening. The tool tip is using my level to figure the bonus the mods provide when it should be using the item's level. But it only makes that mistake when calculating the total bonus of each item. It does things right when figuring the net change between the two items.

Sadly the match ended in a disqualification but that means that Huracan Ramira retains her belt and will face Valerian next in a Puerto Rican warehouse match.

Now after this point (899 stacks of Escalating Reflexes), Escalating Reflexes stops stacking, Lightning Reflexes switches itself (and it's dodge/avoid bonuses) OFF (so does BCR, Form of The Master & Focus stacks) and you get this:

Well, we actually have it. There's 3 different 'Listen to battleplan' stances. Arms crossed, hands on hip and point to. Those just happen to be looking down to the ground ones. You also get 3 different stances when 'reading a book' discovery Perks glowies.

Apparently The Grunt can't see to target that second Mega Destroid. Line of sight is weird in Champions Online.
(if you can't tell, the mega destroid is on a ramp, and the ankles aren't visible, which means my character can no longer target it)
