100% Dodge with PFF is possible but I wouldn't consider Floating Lotus Blossum to count since it disappears once used.
With 2 Rank 9 Gambler's in Legion Elusive you get 20.1% Thundering Kicks and Evasive Manuevers Rank 3 add 37% more. Fluidity Rank 2 w/ Adv is 25% and is a good source of Avoidance. That's 92.1% with the base 10%.
Now you need 9 stacks of Crashing Wave Kick's Ebb and Flow which is kinda of hard to achieve if you're busy blocking and flipping back and forth for Fluidity and Evasive. Plus, are you actually doing much damage? Alternatively you can get about 3.6% more Dodge from CON PSS plus 0.4% from Flippin but that's still 5 stacks of Ebb and Flow needed.
Seems kinda of easy to screw up just ONE thing and BAM Frosticus nails you. When Will-O-Wisp gets knocked back, her survival is dependent on luck until she can get back in melee range (damn fire ring!) and reactivate Elusive Monk and TK.
Protogen last I saw had changed to a might based build, so he's running damage resist now.
I doubt 100% dodge is still possible with PFF.
I was achieving 100% dodge on Protogen before I switched him over to Might. He feels a lot tankier, to me, as Damage Resist. Too much micro-managing in order to maintain that level of dodge on a non-dodge passive.

Well, before he switched to Might, Protogen was getting 100% dodge with just Lead Tempest w/ Tread Softly & Evasive Maneuvers.
Yep. Indeed I was.
