Hold on, don't compare two very different things. The Ego Surge bug was just it being mistagged. The imbue bug is worlds more complicated, and is still getting attention here at the office (and was before you guys posted anything about it). Also dont worry Redleaf, I am a cheery guy, the flaming doesnt bug me :)

I am still looking into imbue and DoT Crits. It will take some time (the way imbue is handled is pretty complex), but I am looking into it! Have some patience guys!

Plus the Fez has +20% verbal dmg mitigation.

Appreciate it Gentle Mancrush....I mean Gentleman_Crush.

Don't mind us. Most of us have a green name, have paid enough subs to have bought a green name or have access to a green name and don't use it. Translation: We're very persistently patient even when we're *****ing.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I don't have a single toon that isn't a concept toon.

    LOL Mancrush

    so good

so PFF gets help from Defense and Energy boosts? What exactly does that mean?

It means it gets restored by an utterly irrelevant amount by defense and energy boosts.

Also it already did this, the change was purely a tooltip addition.

March of the Dead Rank 3 is no longer using Noxious Gas. This is confirmed by the effect not displaying and there being no mentions of noxious gas in the combat log. Tooltip does not mention what the power gains as the power is ranked up. (Zombies attempting self rez, noxious gas, etc.)

I second this. The noxious gas was one of the few reasons to use March of the Dead over Summon Shadows.

Even if it was sorta nonfunctional because the zombies would use it while not actually adjacent to anyone who would be affected. Possibly an AI tweak that didn't work right, rather than a deliberate change?

Oh and while we're on it, I might as well point out that the devs have forgotten to "fix" a few skills to not crit. (or possibly they've just left them out of the patch notes)

Another good example of the care and attention that went into this patch. Or maybe it was just that a certain reptilian ex-community member didn't mention them in his video.

But it can't be the latter cause Cryptic have been thinking about this problem for a long time?
Would like to hear some opinions on this. Is it true? If so, devs are really taking us for idiots..

Here's an opinion: the Devs have been publicly shamed and are trying to save face. It is far more beneficial to us and the game in general to politely allow them their face-saving gesticulation without comment or scrutiny and get down to the business of overturning/suspending this from-the-hip misfire of the "fixing it now" reflex we got in favor of a proper fix, one which takes into account the realities of the game as a whole and not just one little micro-slice that's been under a microscope lately.

    Just sayin'.
