Signed. The Nemesis System is the coolest feature CO got. It's unique, it's super hero-ish, and it needs a lot more love. I am hoping that Cryptic is at least considering some of the Nemesis suggestions that have been posted in this forum.
I have a wish. Basically, allow the player to choose if his Nemesis is a servant of a greater villain (Either someone unknown or possibly even one of the player's other Nemeses!) or not. The nemesis of one of my characters is more of a servant than a full-blown leader style villain, and I would love it if it could be reflected in the dialogue somehow (Something like "I guarantee you, my master will definitely love the outcome of my plan!") It's not important and should not be considered over anything else related to the Nemesis System, but I think it would be cool (And probably a few other players!)
Dramatic Timing A temp-power that basically causes a Nemesis encounter when used on yourself or a consenting player. It could be just for you to show off your nemesis, something fun for an SG to go through, something for role-players, etc. Bought with Questionite or Zen.
Villain/Nemesis PVP
Basically, you make your Nemesis available for other players to "slip into" and fight against you, your team/SG, etc. Could well be fun/interesting for teams.

/signed, hard. I like the Nemesis system, but when I create a Nemesis it typically has something to do with the hero (I currently have 2 heroes whose Nemesis shares a common origin with them.) I'd like a way to incorporate that, even to the extent of having slightly customizable dialogue.
The Nemesis system is a key highlight and selling point of this game. It should be de-bugged, expanded and get regular updates!

Fixed that for you. It won't actually be diddly squat until it gets a major overhaul.
I just had a character not even get Prison Break before level 38 (!!) because the spawn rate of Nemesis minions seems slightly lower than that of Vibora costume drops, even then a clue drop isn't guaranteed and once you get one and do a (likely crappy and/or bugged) mission, there's a, to put it mildly. ri-f'n-diculously long timer before you have a chance of getting another.
I would love to see the following things done to the Nemesis System:
1. Customizable Minions. Even something as basic as customized color schemes (such as picking two colors and an emblem, as per a Supergroup) would go a long way toward personalizing the guys that you have to fight all the time; more variety would be even better.
2. Archetype-based Nemeses. We've got these Archetypes hanging around that only Silvers use (and then only because they don't have any other choice); let's actually get some use out of them by using them as the basis for which powers your Nemesis has.
3. Nemesis Travel Powers. Lets get your Nemesis flapping her wings as she soars after you (or sprouting Shadow Wings, or turning into a swarm of bats, etc.) rather than running around everywhere.
And the big one:
4. A Foundry-style "Nemesis Mission Designer"; call it the Mastermind's Dossier. The biggest complaint about the existing Nemesis system is the fact that you're stuck with the storyline that CO devised. Something like this would blow the lid off of it, and let you tell the stories you want to tell. It would also give you something fun to spend your Nemesis Tokens on once you've bought your umpteenth set of Heirloom Gear.
Everything else could be left the same, and I'd be happy.
Incidentally: while it's not hard to get the Minions to spawn if you know what you're doing, I'd still love to be able to go to the Crime Computer in my Hideout every six hours or so and just pick up the latest Nemesis Mission.
