Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

    I suspect it intentionally doesn't have Challenge, and given its huge range compared to other pbaoe powers, it probably should stay that way. Hell, Hurricane and Epidemic also don't have Challenge and I suspect it's for similar reasons.
    (Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).

    They already stated they wont give it Challenge! due to its range​​
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! Running out of Unique FF builds due to the lack of updates and synergies! Playing since 1 February 2011 128 + Characters (21 ATs, 107 FFs) ALTitis for Life!
