Too much? How so? I can no longer maintain a full barrage. Overdrive isn't giving me enough energy like it used to, and I have both Rec and End as superstats.

I'm getting more and more the feeling that Kaiserin just doesn't want PA builds to run multiple toggles at all anymore. If so, what's the point in setting up the framework to have toggles? I would have been happier if all the toggles were toned down a bit in damage and given a reduced cost to allow us to run 3 of them without going to extreme and theme-breaking measure. Hopefully she will be willing to fix this as a nice present for the holidays.
I sure hope so... I barely managed to kill mobs after an extended period of time due to having to move all of my gear to rec/end..just makes the AT/FF PA unplayable

Yeah with extended play with my Invincible AT toon Furry Rider I found his energy management is now even worse. The powers are nice but they just eat up too much blue bar ._.
These changes are awesome and annoying in equal measures. But blue bar usage is something that can be easily fixed so I think we should all calm our collective hams until we hear if this is as meant or is an oversight. I kinda think its an oversight as this frame work is all about maintaining toggles.

Well, I hope it's a bug. The REC side of Overdrive is all muddled; I think it's giving as much energy as it did when the power was based on INT, but obviously that's not as much use, as having INT stacked means the powers are costing far less to use, so you need less enegy overall. It also seems as if the "can stack much higher" idea means you get a bonus amount of energy when the Overdrive stacks drop off (35 per stack rather than 15, in my case).
Oh, and have they done something to Concentration, to try and balance it? I seem to be building fewer stacks more slowly, which makes the energy unlock element works over a longer period of time.... perhaps that was by way of compensation?

Maybe the idea is to make it so that you can't run max DPS all the time?
If she wants to tone down PA damage I'd rather she reduce the amount of damage done by each power, rather than force players who want to run 3 toggles to use gimmicks to achieve a decent energy supply. What's the point to having 3 toggles available if you can functionally only run 2 for any extended period using the in set energy builder?

You don't want to use MSA for PA builds, trust me it's painful, how are you even gonna trigger it? by using Force Greyser? I hate that tactic, in general im trying to move AWAY from MSA
So apparently the new META for Energy managment for PA builds is Overdrive and END stacking, along with the use of Dark Transfusion from Darkness
you know, that edgelord move that complety SCREWS UP and interfering your costume's colours to dark
I guess it's good for tank builds (if you don't mind the healing debuff)
that or having constantly 2 Healers with AoPM and AoAC on your side

You're right..couldnt really trigger it without having to change my powers.. so now I took points away from my other powers to stack End..but also kept Rec high so I could at least try to start out without having to use an energy builder as my first move :-(

For the laser sword powers, do they scale off intelligence or strength (since they are melee).. thx
The form scales off Int, but since they're melee attacks, they gain the standard damage bonus from Str. (Except Particle Wave, which I believe is ranged and thus scales with Ego)

Well I spent 6 hours inside powerhouse last night reworking my 2 PA DPSes and testing my LS character really fast, hooray for NOT actually playing the game, at least Star Stroke will live but I need to remake my LS character BEFORE Warlord alert leaves the rotation
and I found out that I'm not the only one who like using Vibora Bay Powerhouse for privacy
Conjuring, Wild Thing and Mephitic and really better now, they really needed that Scaling revamp, now my infernal and bestial characters get more energy
Laser Swords became TOO gimmicky and overcomplicated
and once again you forced us to use a specific form to have 100% chance to apply "Bleed* with the main combo
the 6 secs rapture and the CD on Plasma Cutter is aweful, it makes me sad, WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?
Why wasn't DOWNLOAD Adv given to PA power as well? It benefits all Technology power family but it was give only to Laser Swords despite PA was revamped the same time
BUG:Arcane Flight Unlock, Frost Speed Unlock and Frost Speed Unlock don't show up in the Power Unlock category of Auction House
