Powers to fill in the gaps for the Energy Weapon framework

Those on PTS have likely seen the Energy Weapon framework, and know that it's pretty sparse with the basic DPS kit, but little else. Here's some things that could in theory fill in the empty space to make it fuller and more interesting. Note, many of these are clones of existing powers, done for the sake of causing as little of a disruption to balance as possible while offering more theme flexibility for powers that are currently rather unique:

Overload - Technology themed copy of Dark Transfusion. Exact same mechanics, advantage, and everything except for the dark glow, of course.

Overcharged Blade - Extend the range of your laser sword to 50 yards. Maintained version of Plasma Beam with higher damage to compensate for the lack of other toggles.

Self-Repair - Technology themed copy of Conviction, without the tacky animation and obnoxious glow effect.

Particle Burst - 100 yard range. 3 sec cooldown. Swing your laser sword, flinging a bolt of energy at your target, damaging them and knocking them down. Energy Weapons/Technology themed copy of Hurl/Force Geyser. Advantages include:
(2) Unstable Plasma: Has a chance of appying Plasma Burn stacks every 2 seconds for 10 seconds. Plasma Burn flavored Open Wounds.
(2) Shockwave: Damages enemies within 10 yards of the target.
(1) Particle Collider: Repels the target.

Energy Drain - Technology themed copy of Devour Essence. Advantages include:
(2) Binding Current: Causes Energy Drain to root the target for the duration. Healing given by this power is increased when used against a target affected by Plasma Burn, Clinging Flames, or Negative Ions. Phlebotomist in a different flavor.

Energy Chain - Technology themed copy of Lacerating Cyclone. Replace the Bleed components with Plasma Burn.

Overclock - Technology-themed active offense. Increases your damage strength and regenerates both health and energy every second over the duration. Advantages:
(2) Target Lock: Increases your critical strike chance. Ego Surge's Nimble Mind advantage, because let's face it, everyone is sick of Ego Surge being the primary go-to active offense.

And a little something for the Power Armor set:

Magnetic Storm - Technology themed copy of Quicksand. Same advantages and everything.

And finally, something for gadgeteering, even though it's not due for review yet, because this particular power really should be accessible outside of power armor toggle gameplay:

Repulsor Beam - Damages the target and repels them away from you each tick. Concussor Beam as a maintain! Same advantages and everything.
(Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).

    l really like Overclock, and technology versions of Devoure Essence / Conviction won't be excess too. It's also interesting if energy wave/particle wave can apply plasma burn. If not - then Overcharge Blade / Energy Cyclone (preferable both) are really a must have. Also maybe add some of my warp abilities:

    Technology::Energy Sword::Warp Dash
    Single target, 60' melee, lunge.
    Utilize miniature warp-drive to close distance with target. This deals Particle damage as a side effect of the warp, and also puts Disorient on target, if it is further than 20'.

    Technology::Energy Sword::Warp Retreat
    Single target, 100', reverse lunge, threat wipe.
    Utilize emergency warp-drive, to teleport away from foes, which resets your target's threat. Advantage (2 pt): Zero-Energy Absorber, while traveling through wormhole negative energy is used to revert back damage, i.e. using threat wipe will heal portion of health.

    In case if Lightspeed Dash doesn't produce warp visual, because @kaizerin mentioned some animation changes to it.

    ^ Those would be neat alternative lunge/retreat options. Maybe in gadgeteering later on down the road?

    Currently, the best I can do for a teleportion-style lunge is Void Shift, so that's what I use even if it's a bit too shadowy.

    Speaking of Gadgeteering, currently it's pretty inflated like Power Armor in live. Maybe makes sense to split that sets in two too - one for Nighthawk-like gadgets - boomerang, bolases etc, and maybe robots (true gadgeteering), and another (sci-fi weaponry (?)) - for pulp sci-fi weapons, like Pulse Beam Rifle. And also add in last one extra powers - Energy SMG, Pulson Shotgun, Energy Sniper Rifle... Shield Projector block would make sense too, especially for Pet builds.

    But even w/out that gadgeteering needs full-time maintained heal, like technology version of Arcane Vitality. So desperately, lMO it's as much wide theme gap, as one, that was filled by Hyper Voice.

    Gadgeteering is down the road for sure, because it isn't revamped still, but so are: Force, Wind, Mentalist FWs, Might, Earth, Archery, Munitions (non-pistol), Unarmed MA. Thus it'sn't clear will it get love next month or after 2 years. We need to find something exploitative in it to trigger its rework (mad idea: try to stack 10 miniat. drives from each of DPS on Cosmic >:) ).

    Also maybe for Overcharged Blade do this - unlike Plasma Beam - innate 10% chance to inflict Plasma Burn per tick. But 2 PT advantage - Kinetic Discharger - when fully maintained - deals minor Crushing Damage & knocks down targets. This way it'll trigger LS EU, and also be acceptable for both Particle Accelerator & Enrage (if take advantage).
