Could we get him to have have a chance to drop small amount of SCR/GCR per victory? like one or two each with diminishing returns after a few? He really brought normal grinding to a halt during this event, and that was kinda just frustrating.

Also Can we make that cloud over his head NOT make so much noise? It's ear bleedingly grating to listen to.

    Patch Notes:

    - Takofanes now drops 2 GCR upon defeat
    - defeated undead heroes restore 1/3 hp to Takofanes
    - defeated player heroes restore 1/4 hp to Takofanes
    - doomlords deal additional 50% damage to heroes for each vehicle present
    - harbingers of woe gain an aoe cc
    - doomlords now summon black hole clouds like the pre-event deathlord
    - each doomlord heals Takofanes for 200k hp/sec while alive

    You forgot a few:

    - Takofanes only spawns after every undead hero has been defeated across Millennium City.
    - He will despawn 30 minutes after the first zombie in the encounter is killed.
    (Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).

    - Voodoo dolls spawn around Takofanes
    - Dealing damage to these dolls returns 500% damage to players in every Millennium City zone
    - Dealing damage to these dolls reduces "time remaining" on his despawn by 1s /damage dealt.
    - Voodoo dolls move around randomly
    - You can only play in a certain way or you get nothing

    yeah I posted a serious suggestion and I'm getting joke responses :v
    Real nice guys.

    Seriously how can I be the only one who thinks the best way to counter Tako being so intrusive to normal grinding is to have him grant similar (but much less in bulk) rewards as the cosmics? It's not like he's not qualified to do so either. I'm not even saying a HUGE bundle of GCR/SCR, just a CHANCE at like one or two per run. If only to barely alleviate the aforementioned intrusion.

    I think the point they are making is if they add even a small GCR amount you can bet they will make changes like the jokes they posted to make it much harder than it is.

    BTW... is there a player version of that black hole power? That power looks rather useful.... For some reason I was expecting it as an event reward.

    This. Exactly. I wasn't intending to slam anyone's idea, but the devs have made it pretty clear that they want only the hardest stuff to have GCR as a reward. Not something I necessarily agree with, but that's just how it is right now.

    Aren't event *supposed to* interrupt the usual grind? I mean, there were times I wanted to fight a Cosmic, but many folks were going for the flying chair. But that's okay--there are some events I really like, too. I went and farmed trick or treaters. Using a vehicle to fly from place to place, I got over 100 bags in an evening. I sold on the AH for 500 G.

    Punchy, DEVs already stated SCR and GCR is exlusive for End Game and COSMIC level difficulty

    Events will never get SCR/GCR as rewards​​
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds!     So, one thing I've been wondering is whether there is a version of the vacuum cloud power as a player skill? I can't imagine it being hat effective on bosses, but it'd be a fun way to annihilate minions. Cast it on the big guy, watch the minions get vacuumed up to die at their boss's feet.
