Challenge! Adv missing from several former Crippling Challenge powers, such as Rebuke.

    That's probably because Crippling Challenge was turned into Break Through, which it retains. Hopefully this is just an oversight, and at some point in the future, Challenge! will get added to Rebuke as well as Lead Tempest. It'd be a nice new addition to Celestial Conduit, too.
    (Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).
