That's the problem with the player/dev thing. Everything gets spotted and made "as intended". The question they don't know the answer to is whether the people who are playing (and paying) actually want to play that game.
The Ascension change: It's not like we don't have enough Not-As-Good-As-Nimble-Mind AOs.
I always found the aoe advantage on Conviction to be underwhelming. Plus, the range is too limited in a game that discourages people from standing anywhere near each other in the content that needs healing the most.
Travel Warp devices were originally supposed be charge limited, but were "broken". Then there was a change to make them permanent, no limit, no charges. I don't know how you accidentally fix something to have an improved function, accidentally put it in some patch notes about the change, and somehow not be what was intended.
The Teleport to Ren Cen thing is just silly. I won't pay Zen for the "proper" device, but I will do less (and play the game less) as a result of being made to spend game time faffing about going from zone to zone. It's petty, but "as intended".

Presumably the intent was to fix the z store items, not the ones people get for free.
big mistakes is that ascension why they didn't removed the damage part instead of the healing one ascension was great to heal a big group in rampage now cryptic ruined everything....
Suggestion: Significantly increase the performance of [Charm of the Wind], [Rhino Helm], [Contained Radiation], [Gunslinger's Legacy], [Echo's Stick], [VIPER Brainscrambler], [Electric Storm] and [Thunderbolt Wand]. At this time there is no reason to ever use them appart from theme. Powers that do nothing but damage (per time invested) like [Electric Storm] or [Gunslinger's Legacy] should do so on par with r3 attack powers, which means they need their damage doubled (and in the case of [Electric Storm] should stack concentration), the others need significant and useful utility.
Thanks to the changes in Skarns and Hex of suffering my Grimoire actually feels buffed . I ran a few alerts and I could see the random debuffs synergizing with other players powers.
Then there is the whole "trapped + Hex (Runes of Lethargy) + Skarns Bane" synergy. That's 18% magic damage -debuff, a 9% to all damage debuff, on top of the random debuffs Skarn's is putting out (esp fear and lethargy).
Of course not taking trapped in the specs greatly impacts this... so your mileage may vary. But I was pleasantly surprised. I did NOT expect to like this at all.
Ice Grenades subtract value of 120 on its projectile. Ice Grenades tinting seems to inherit exact color you command to assign in Icy construct, and this color -120 (to be precise (X-120+360) mod 360) at a flying sprite with vapor behind. I.e. assigning color=360 would make constructs red, and projectile- 240 - blue; assigning 180 = constructs cyan, and projectile yellow and so on...
eh, Trapped was the main reason I used Hex of Suffering to being with
I'm still not satisfied with Sorcery!
This powerframes needs more Attacks, utilities, a thematic Energy Unlock (See Darkness and Telepathy/Telekinesis) and variety!
