Even with salvage it's all overly expensive, getting a vehicle would cost you 500 salvage (and leave you with another 50 useless Charms).
Yeah, I can't really see people buying with salvage at all at current rates. If the boxes cost 1 salvage instead of 5 the prices would be competitive with other things in the store.
$2-$3 for an anemic drifter winter trash pack? lololol. Not even worth buying drifter crates to get that stuff. I bet I can buy more than 5ea for 100g on the AH. This event is going to suck for new people or those who, you know, have a busy life and can't spend hours a day bear hunting. Who is this meant to appeal to? Throwing your wallet at the screen is way too expensive for getting stuff. The grind is tedious and long. Are there that many people with plenty of free time for propping up the entire event? How many people do you think are going to be putting mats to buy on the AH?
I heard that the PTS mission granted 20ea of the crappy presents. I hope that it's a bug that the live mission is lacking that.
