  • I have been insanely busy this last week - however I'll be in-game tomorrow, bouncing between the servers and spawning boss monsters. I'll start at 11am Pacific Time and switch between servers until about 6pm Pacific Time.

  • All of the free Zen and refunds went out yesterday, so if you're still missing either of them, send us a ticket! If you're missing the 1000 free Zen, make sure you say in your ticket which server you're on! We can manually credit you the Zen, but we've got to know which server to send it to.

  • Another update - seems whatever broke was serious. We've got something we're trying to get the servers back up, but if it doesn't work we'll have to get ahold of someone at MAIET to fix it.

  • This is a weird one, it seems. From what I've gathered from the engineer chatter, there is nothing actually wrong with the servers... except for the fact that they're not showing up. They are still troubleshooting, but likely this will go until Monday. Sorry folks.

  • Well, if you don't report them I can guarantee the problem will only get worse. If we get tickets, we can do something about them.

  • I'm waiting for everything to be moved over before I start updating the Wall of Shame again. I am keeping track of names, though. If you see people hacking, please take video/screenshots and send in a ticket.
