The problem with this quest is that Pygmy Chaos Devourer dropping the quest item has been recently moved to Alpha Stigma available for 30-39 levels. Afraid you should wait until your character hits 30 level to complete it.

Here are some tips: First of you need enough hp. Use black mandrake leaflet if you need and distribute stats strength/stamina 2/2. Second, you need big healing potions.
