Well, i can play only once a week (if at all), and that was yesterday. So for me its whole week not 7 hours, because i wont be able to do same progress till next weekend.

The reason why scoreboard is bad is that ppl always want to be first and forget role they have in paty. Like CW/DC do dps instead doing their job.

Even if you dont have any quests from Knox (because probably you are too low lvl) you can go to the next zone directly and start questing.

I dont want to buy anything, i want to earn it myself. I know that i can go to AH and buy BIS gear, but i refuse to do that.

Well, dungeon is always at the end of the zone, so every quest in that particular zone is introduction (story wise) for dungeon.

That makes all sense you need. Same for 20 minutes task with blue (25%) asset. 20/1.25 = 16

Daily quests can give you few thousand AD. On the other hand, rushing craft and other stuff is optional.
