they can not dps on par with other class if their sent spec...same lv of gear and skill the dps will out dps a sent gwf...now other specs they can keep up the dps for sure...
When will you understand that this is not a 1vs1 game. Like a mod said, in this game each class dominates in a specific area, in my opinnion starting to nerf around everything will only hurt the game more. Also, if you have a strong team there is no way to lose a pvp match, so cryptic should be really careful on nerfing in…
You can use 1 daze ability, blink and impossible to catch. Timing also matters for dodging their abilities. Also use Luker's Assault daily. Try to use your abilities after their first 2-3 dodges that they do to earn space so you get a dps advantage. Sneak attack and Skillful Infiltrator helps for reaching out to them. You…
They didn't do it because they "hate clerics". It was a change that affects everyone, clerics only got in the way. All I see clerics do is staying in a point, inside their circle and knocking people off so I don't see how you won't be getting assists.
So what, you expected to use more potions on a class that has stealth features? Also, there is a class balance coming so you might wanna check the class changes.
By the way, for those not liking the combination of pvp & pve content, Rhix daily quests include these: "Daily Gauntlgrym PVE" - "Daily Gauntlgrym PVP" so I suppose the queue system will be re-arranged after each stage for those that leave after a specific stage, or something like that.
Atleast they seem to have the mechanisms, with the catapults and stuff, so we might see more/bigger pvp element on this game in the future. The concept is new but I also expected that they would add bigger battlegrounds with new mechanisms.
Hopefully the class balance won't ruin things up and make players whine even more than now. Let's see. I really expected class balance to happen after the pvp content patch and the major bug fixes but whatever.
I suppose that's the second option on Interface/HUD options? "Show player's damage floaters". In this particular game the fov is very low(55) which in addition to the big text of the damage numbers create this little issue for some people.
In most mmos it helps, but on Neverwinter as I said the damage numbers are centered around the target you are dealing damage to so I am not 100% sure it would work. But being able to use zoom function on every mmo gives you a different angle view which helps.
Another thing that could possible fix this is to add a zoom in/out option when the mouse scrollwheel is used like on every mmo. Not sure they left that feature out of Neverwinter?
