  That's just a rumor.
  Respec was given earlier, when the 'Major Patch' was released....

  i never heard that, the devs announced that they would offer a respec when the balance patch was released and all of my characters received the respec for it, never once heard anything about a respec when game went live.

  If u go to your powers bar u have the option to respec availible.. if u havent used it yet

  With the major patch I got the free power respec, but after going live I also got a feasts respec.
