They already fixed the foundry exploits, I don't think that would be beneficial a whole heck of a lot. I'd say right now the fastest way of lvling up is hitting lvl 10, then PvPing your way to lvl 60. Gain half a level every match, win or lose. So, either way you look at it, it's quick exp.
