Neverwinter // Just a Few Questions

So I'm playing Neverwinter now. Basically, I wanna ask a few questions about the game and hopefully learn a thing or two from these "pros".

What else is paid for w/ Zen, other than the things on the Zen Market? I heard bank slots? Something like that.
What is the end-game like in terms of PVE?, I heard something about epic dungeons. Any good? Or just mindless facerolls? Are there any plans to implement a raiding scene in the game?

That's it, really. Thanks to any and all who are nice enough to answer.

You can purchase everything in the Cash shop. Well except weapons, and armor I guess. But pretty much everything else you can buy. You'll only have 2 character slots at the moment unless you're a Guardian, and or Hero of the North, in which case you get 4-5 character slots. But is it worth the $200? Probably not, but I can't say I have any complaints with my Hero's pack thus far.

End game dungeons are pretty much a joke. It pretty much limits you to playing certain classes at the end game due to the broken mechanics Neverwinter has as of yet. Tanks can't hold agro, and one's that "can", aren't welcomed in any party anyways, because of their lack of DPS. Parties usually roll with 2 clerics, 2 rogues, and a Control Wizard, or, 2 Control Wizards, 2 Rogues, and a Cleric. It's very difficult to enjoy any other class in the late game.

One thing you'll learn after playing Neverwinter, is there's no real "boss" mechanics either. They simply throw in around 40 adds (additional monsters), which are elite obviously, who focus most of their time chasing around the Cleric while the Rogues simply take out the boss, as the Control Wizards "attempt" to keep the Cleric alive. And don't even think about making a Cleric build without Astral Shield, or you get the giant boot. Think about killing the add's? Don't bother, they respawn!

Honestly, bosses are pretty much glorified normal enemies with the exception of a few bosses.

That aside, it's a decent game. Just feels as if it's limiting players as to what they can, or can't be.

Welp, that makes me really regret even thinking about buying a founder's pack. Either serious changes need to be implemented or i'll have to give yet another game a go. Sadly, WoW isn't fun to me anymore.
