it defaults your graphics to 640x480 window mode min resolution and then you can log in but not play move to a position as pvp place or the pub & log out re-log set up your graphics again and if you lucky you can enter enclave but do not exit in enclave or you goto do this all over again

yes i am one of them that payed 59.99$ and spent well over 100$ on Zen and now i cant play the game as it is frozen and you join any instance and land back to the enclave well you Fracked over again. unplayable is the problem now for me and time to move on

im having the same problem my Lv60 can`t enter the protectors enclave with out freezing my lv 13 what im trying to level and is constantly running into protectors enclave is getting stuck all the time. Having to restart in safe mode then go do the quest and restart in safe mode so i can only get past your protectors…

common problem to that is they are not on the same server.. when you start the game you get a choice at the start from 3 (Beholder-Dragon-Mindflayer) that is the 3 servers and if not on the same you cannot see one and another or send messages or any thing. this sounds like that problem to me as i had the same error but…
