The bag isn't available in the pack (be it Heirloom, Scourge Warlock) - it's a separate claim (check the other tab on the claims vendor). There's only one bag per purchase, not per character (and that's why it's on a separate tab from the pack)

Dumb answer, I know, but both! Keep hold of the AD and then buy Zen the next time it takes a dip. Spend that Zen on what you want (I'd recommend account wide packs and companions and maybe characters slots if you want more options) and then hold onto any remaining Zen until you can get AD cheaply. My DC has never finished lower than 3rd on the damage table in any dungeon using a hybrid build, so anyone kicking a Cleric for not being able to walk the walk is insane. And this is probably the same people whining that there are no DCs around for the dragon encounters...

I've run several dungeons without 'healers' and no problems whatsoever - A 'Temptation' SW and a healing/buffing companion or two and you wouldn't even notice.
