Yeah, I think when this update goes live and if the nerfs are as bad as it sounds....time to quit and let the whiners play in a ghost town by themselves. My executioner Stats are: 22 STR, 12 CON, 24 DEX, 12 INT, 12 WIS, 14 CHA. (+2 to Dex, at level 60 with STR and DEX leveled up). 38.9% total crit chance with 2069 gear to crit chance. They just fixed the Master Duelist gear with the new patch, it's reducing CD times again. Yes it reduces CD times even while attacking thin air with Sly Flourish.

I think Master Duelist's reduced cooldown also worked when you're attacking thin air with your sly flourish too. If I'm remember correctly, I suppose you could just attack nothing while stealth to get the cooldown to continue the stealth cycling. I'll have to try it whenever it gets fixed.....I only had it two days before…

Have you tested this build using the Master Duelist set instead of the Battlefield Scavenger set? The Master Duelist set reduces encounter cooldowns by 1 second for every 4th At-Will attack.....well it used to before it got bugged and is not currently working. I haven't played in a week or so, but I got the Master Duelist set just beforehand and intensively tested it on the dummies and timed it with a stop watch. It was proc-ing when I got it. Just logged in today and tried it again, it's not proc-ing at all. My stop watch is showing no shortened time.

If the rating does scale with your level, yeah my old data was taken while I was leveling up. I wasn't aware of that.
