After todays patch TR's Master Duelist's 4th set bonus doesnt proc any more.

    bump to cryptic, pls respond and let us know that you are aware of this.

    i think there is some issue with the cooldowns on the encounters in general and not just this set, have feats that has a chance to reduce the cooldowns as well, it NEVER actually triggers.

    I haven't played in a week or so, but I got the Master Duelist set just beforehand and intensively tested it on the dummies and timed it with a stop watch. It was proc-ing when I got it.

    Just logged in today and tried it again, it's not proc-ing at all. My stop watch is showing no shortened time.

    i guess that was it. submit a ticket, no answer, like they have abandoned they game.

    i have tested the set and can verify that it doesnt proc anymore on test server (Dazzling Blades seems also to be bugged)

    Yes, Dazzling Blades and the Master Duelist IS broken, 100%. I hope this will be fixed soon. Thanks.
